Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to determine the high school teachers’ perceptions on organizational justice. It is also intended to determine whether teachers’ perception differ significantly in terms of some variable including gender, branch, seniority, school type, and teacher population in the school. Data were gathered through a survey instrument entitled Organizational Justice Scale, an eighteen-item measure, developed by Donovan, Drasgow ve Munson (1998) and adapted into Turkish culture by Wasti (2002). A total number of 218 high school teachers (F=81, M=137) participated in this study. Data was analyzed using statistical techniques. Results showed that teachers’ perception did not differ significantly in terms of gender and branch, while they differed in terms of seniority, type of school, and teacher population in the school.
