TEACHING DRAMA AND DRAMATIC LEARNING *

Abstract

In reorganizing Faculties of Education, drama courses are included in teacher education programs and pre-school education programs. Like many other disciplines, drama in education is differed in terms of content, teach-ing, learning, techniques, improvisation processes. Learning drama (dramatic learning) and teaching drama have questions and problems for both of leader and learner. How do we teach drama? How do we learn drama? Which one should have the priority in drama courses: learning of students or learning of how to teach drama? Priorities, differences and limits should be determined in terms of learning drama and teaching drama. In this paper, teaching drama and dramatic of learning in drama will be discussed.
